Bookkeeper (Part Time)

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.

 Responsibilities and Duties

  • Balance and maintain accurate ledger

  • Match purchase orders with invoices

  • Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management

  • Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts

  • Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances

  • Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets

  • Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

  • Experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll report

  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principle

  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks

  • Experience in services related to payroll such as writing checks and submitting payroll taxes

  • Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations


Account Representative (Part Time)

We are currently hiring account representatives nationwide! Account representatives are expected to work efficiently to create new business partnerships with independent pharmacies. They strive to provide excellent customer service for current and prospective partners. This position is great for someone with a flexible schedule interested in making supplemental income. Medical background is a plus, but not required.  


Physician/Medical Doctor (Part Time)

We are actively seeking Licensed Physicians (MD/DO) in Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia to provide telemedicine consultations. Providers will evaluate patients that have purchased either our Strep, Flu, UTI, or Anemia kit in order to determine the medical necessity for a prescription or further care.

Providers can create their schedules within normal business hours and login to our custom portal at their convenience. Eligible candidates should be available a minimum of 1-2 hours per day to provide timely consults.

Job Description:

Providers will provide consultations at the patients request in order to verify the medical necessity of all requested products. Our HIPAA compliant portal will house and track your patients EMR allowing you to easily document your findings.

  • Review each patient’s EMR prior to consult.

  • Contact patients via telemedicine portal to discuss test results.

  • Digitally sign the Rx after the consult is completed.

Provider Requirements/Certifications:

  • Physician must be licensed in Louisiana, Florida, or Georgia!

  • Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense equipment and medications under applicable state and federal laws.
